Why we love this wine
Rosé does not have its reputation worldwide. But, this is Catalan rosé, from DO Montsant! Not sloppy wine, but serious work. Acústic Rosat is an elegant and very personal wine; the fruit of old vineyards as firmly anchored in the ground as in tradition. The wine was allowed to mature sur lie for 6 months. The result is clear: an excellently structured rosé with weight in the mouth. Beautifully pale in color and sensationally flavoursome. From soft red fruits to notes of flowers and herbs.
What makes this winery so special
Albert Jané of Acústic Celler comes from a family of winemakers. He makes his wines according to traditional techniques under the name 'acoustic': an interpretation of the music in the terroir. That is why Albert only grows native varieties. The red Carinyena (Samsó), Garnatxa Negra and Sumoll, the white Garnatxa Blanca, Pansa and Macabeu. Albert's philosophy? Going back to the roots; to the individuality of these native grape varieties. They express the deepest layers of these untamed vineyards, guarded by the majestic Montsant Mountains.
Job's Tasting Notes
Powerful aromas of strawberries, cherries, dried roses, rosemary and bread dough. Full and extensive taste of ripe red fruit, but also finely spicy and salty. Creamy mouthfeel due to the sur lie maturation. Tasty fresh, sweet and silky in the mouth. Balanced and at the same time elegant, with good aging capacity.

We usually prepare the orders on the weekend. They will be posted on Monday and they will arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Our delivery times therefore vary between 2 and 5 working days.

Yes, you can! If something is not to your liking in one way or another, you can contact us and we will organize that the bottles are returned.
First of all, that's a shame and bad luck, but don't worry. Don't drink the wine. Put the cork back in and let us know. We will then send you a new bottle.
